How Our Exclusive Buy-Back Program Works:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The product must have been purchased from Avonjee LLC.
    • The item can be used or like-new, but it must be in working condition.
    • Products with significant damage, missing parts, or modifications may not qualify for buy-back or may receive a reduced buy-back value.

  2. Condition Guidelines:

    • Excellent Condition: Items with minimal wear and tear and all original accessories and packaging may qualify for up to 50% of the original purchase price.

  3. How to Request a Buy-Back:

    • Contact us at avonjeecare@avonjee.com with your original order details, your Avonjee Family membership number, and a description of the product’s current condition.
    • Our team will provide you with a buy-back quote and further instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping for buy-back items is generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. Avonjee LLC will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

  5. Payment:

    • Once we receive and assess the condition of the product, you will receive your buy-back payment through your original payment method or as store credit within 7-14 business days.

  6. Exclusions:

    • Certain products, such as perishable items, personal care items, or highly damaged products, may not be eligible for buy-back.
    • Avonjee LLC reserves the right to deny buy-back requests if the item’s condition does not meet our standards or if it falls outside of the eligibility criteria.
